A four year old boy in desperate need of a heart transplant was finally given one thanks to the incredible generosity of a grieving family. Although the details have not yet been confirmed due to restrictions of a privacy policy, it is believed that the Guerra family is to thank for a number of donated organs of a brother and sister who perished in a house fire a week ago. The donations from the brother and sister, Fuentes and Miranda, which included a heart, kidney, liver and pancreas each, have helped save 11 people’s lives.
